Biocoat Inc. is Hiring a Medical Coatings Production Technician Near Horsham, PA
Annual Compensation Range: $56,000-$61,000Biocoat is committed to providing the best in developing, manufacturing, and applying coatings on medical devices. We are a positive and collaborative team with a passion to help improve patient care by manufacturing a safe and efficient product.Responsibilities:
- Manufacture a medical coating product according to detailed step by step instructions
- Complete ERP software transactions in an accurate and timely manner to maintain inventory
- Review quality documents to ensure accurate completion of the coating
- Troubleshoot, offer suggestions for improvement, and assist with investigation of deviations
- Follow safety guidelines, report safety issues
- Monitor and communicate material or equipment shortage and calibration issues
- Review and follow the established production schedule to meet deadlines
- Bachelor’s degree in chemistry/biology/other related science. Or high school diploma or equivalent with relevant work experience
- Experience in a technical discipline with minimum 1-2 years of lab experience or experience in a manufacturing, process development or production environment is preferred.
- Ability to operate in a cleanroom and laboratory environment.
- Strong focus on safety and customer service.
- Self-starter, organized.
- Excellent written and verbal skills.
- Ability to read, interpret, and follow written procedures.
- Computer literate, Microsoft Office package, email, internet, spreadsheets.
