What We Need:

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse specializing in Telemetry to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care, focusing on monitoring and interpreting patients' vital signs on our telemetry unit.

What You Will Do:

Job Specific Responsibilities:

- Perform physical examinations and assessments to detect any changes in patients' conditions
- Monitor telemetry readings and report any abnormalities promptly
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to create individualized care plans
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality
- Provide education to patients and their families regarding their conditions and treatment plans

What You Will Need:

BLS obtained from (American heart Association ) AHA

BLS obtained from (American heart Association ) AHA

NIHSS Certification.
RN License
