Contract Duration – 13 weeks Contract.

Position –LPN Med Surge

Schedule: - Night 7pm to 7am

Facility location -_ 2610 North Woodlawn Blvd., Wichita, KS 67226_

What You Will Do:
Job Specific Responsibilities:

• Basic Patient Care: Provide fundamental nursing care such as bathing, dressing, feeding, and assisting with mobility. Ensure patients' comfort and address basic needs.
• Vital Signs Monitoring: Regularly check and record patients' vital signs, including temperature, blood pressure, pulse, and respiration rates. Report any abnormalities to the supervising RN or physician.
• Medication Administration: Administer medications as prescribed, including oral, topical, and injectable medications. Monitor patients for side effects or adverse reactions and report any concerns to the RN or physician.
• Wound Care: Perform wound care procedures, including cleaning, dressing changes, and monitoring for signs of infection. Ensure wounds are healing properly and report any issues to the healthcare team.
• Patient Observation: Observe patients for changes in their condition, behavior, or symptoms. Document observations accurately and communicate any significant changes to the supervising RN or physician promptly.
