Position Description :

• Healthcare Account Manager who can deliver qualified hiring solutions in the healthcare industry. Drive & execute revenue and team goals through effective management of account / pursuit plans, business development, internal collaboration strategies & account plan execution
• Experience working with as a point of contact for MSP / Hospitals / Healthcare Facilities.
• Pre-Screen and review resumes and applications based on job requirements.
• Conduct full-cycle recruitment and facilitate the hiring process
• Develop and maintain relationships with active clients, candidates, and referral sources
• Knowledgeable in healthcare pre-employment compliance, credentialing, Medical licenses
• Proven success in healthcare recruiting - Clinical & Allied including but not limited to APRN, RN, LPN / LVN, Director level, OT / PT, SLP, Techs, Medical Lab & Diagnostic Imaging professionals.
• Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract, screen, and hire quality healthcare professional
• Work with recruiting teams to ensure submission / onboarding targets are filled timely.
• Maintain, manage, and submit weekly activity reports per client.
• Manage onboarding team for maintaining and supporting candidate credentialing and referencing process.

Minimum Requirements :

• Undergraduate degree preferred in Business, Marketing, Management, Communications, Public Relations, Healthcare Administration or Licensed RN
• Excellent Written and verbal communication skills
• Strong Analytical skills
• Results driven, sense of urgency, and high standard of professionalism.
