Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Nursery Worker/ Waterer to join our team. As a Nursery Worker, you will play a vital role in the care and maintenance of plants in our nursery.
Responsibilities:
- Plant, water, fertilize, and prune various types of plants
- Monitor plant health and report any issues to supervisors
- Assist in potting and transplanting plants
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the nursery
- Apply descriptions to plants
-Assist customers with a friendly and approachable manner
Skills:
- Knowledge of plant care techniques preferred but not required
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Physical stamina to handle tasks such as lifting and bending
- Attention to detail in plant maintenance
- Good communication skills for interacting with colleagues and supervisors
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Compensation package:
