- Dive deep into code and, under the guidance of experienced software professionals,
- Design, develop, unit test and support the Billhighway suite of applications, using C#, SQL, Javascript and other software languages.
- Produce documentation of techniques used to remediate escalated issues and develop guides on how to perform essential job functions
- Pursuing a BS/MS Computer Science or related field.
- Command of object-oriented software techniques and concepts gained through academic training or personal projects.
- Proficiency in a structured programming language, such as C# or Java.
- Proficiency in SQL or relational database concepts through academic projects or coursework.
- Exposure to web applications and web services, including RESTful techniques, possibly through academic projects, internships, or personal exploration.
- Ability to resolve complex issues and document root-cause analysis.
- Ability to multi-task by applying strong time-management skills.
