Job Description:

We are seeking aggressive Sales Associates to join our team and handle the increased volume of sales. As an Auto Sales Associate, you will be responsible for building relationships with customers, assisting them in selecting the right vehicle, and guiding them through the sales process. The ideal candidate will possess tenacity, exceptional customer focus, solid communication and computer skills, and a strong desire to succeed in a fast-paced and ever-changing business environment.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences
• Assist customers in selecting the appropriate vehicle by providing product information and conducting test drives
• Guide customers through the sales process, including negotiation and financing options
• Follow up with potential customers to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business
• Stay updated on product knowledge, pricing, and incentives
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the dealership
• Collaborate with the sales team and management to improve sales strategies and processes

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of sales experience (automotive sales experience preferred but not required)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in using computers and customer relationship management (CRM) software
• Open scheduling availability, including the ability to work 40 hours a week, some evenings, and weekends
• Willingness to undergo ongoing training to enhance sales skills and product knowledge
• Must be an "Insurable" driver (3-year Driving Abstract will be requested)
