Responsible for managing the team’s backlog, writing stories, and other typical agile processes. Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritize product requirements, ensuring they align with business objectives and customer needs. Customer Insights: Establish key performance metrics and regularly assess the performance of credit products and features to inform product decisions and identify areas for optimization. Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and customer service to ensure successful product development and launch. Foster effective communication and coordination between teams to meet product goals and timelines. What do you need to bring: 4 years’ experience as a Product Manager in building large scale consumer facing products Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions. Proven track record of effectively collaborating with engineering teams in an agile environment to build large scale, intuitive products and experiences Experience within the credit or financial services industry.
