Bill Kidd's Toyota/Volvo is looking for an EXPERIENCED Accounting Clerk
Duties and Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Experience with Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable duties
- Post daily deposits and reconcile cash clearing accounts.
- Generate monthly accounts receivable statements.
- Assist customers with accounts receivable questions and provide copies when needed
- Post payable invoices and reconcile dealer parts statement
- Reconcile dealer reserve statements
- Process extended warranty payments and cancellations
Job Requirements:
- Previous dealership experience
- Experience with Reynolds & Reynolds software
- Knowledge of Excel
- Ability to reconcile accounts and clean schedules
- Detail oriented and strong organizational skills
- Strong communication skills
