Bill Kay Buick GMC is seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Consultants to join our team. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting customers in finding the perfect vehicle to suit their needs while providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers to understand their automotive needs and preferences.
• Provide information about vehicles, features, financing options, and incentives.
• Conduct test drives with customers to demonstrate vehicle performance and features.
• Assist customers in selecting the appropriate vehicle based on their requirements and budget.
• Negotiate pricing and terms to ensure customer satisfaction and dealership profitability.
• Complete sales paperwork accurately and efficiently.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
• Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitive offerings.
• Uphold dealership standards of professionalism, integrity, and customer service excellence.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in automotive sales or customer service is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Proficiency in computer applications and willingness to learn dealership software.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• BDC (Business Development Center) or hospitality experience is highly desirable.
