The Role at a Glance
We are excited to bring on an Accounts Receivable Associate to join our team. The focus of this role revolves around preparing and reconciling parts and service cash clearing. The ideal candidate will have a passion for being a team player and working in a fast-paced environment.
What you'll be doing
You’ll team up with our award-winning parts and service managers to collect funds and report your hard work weekly to the General Managers.
You’ll work directly with our elite team of Inventory Specialists to ensure the timeliness of stocking in cars and accounting transactions
You’ll be responsible for ensuring that Bill Jacobs’ incoming funds and deposits are posted.
Follow up on items dues such as payments and receipts
What we're looking for
Must-haves:

• High School diploma
• Sense of urgency and accuracy in a high-volume setting
• Attention-to-detail

Nice-to-haves

• Dealership experience
• CDK experience
