Position Highlights:

• Resident Evaluation, Care Planning, Provision of Direct Patient Care.
• Monitors patient care provided by unlicensed staff.
• Uses Point Click Care (PCC) according to the Business Processes.
• Assists with the orientation of newly hired nursing staff.
• Collaborates and coordinates with other departments to provide timely.
• effective care consistent with the individual's needs, choices, and preferences.

Qualifications:

• Must have Bachelors or Associate in Nursing.
• Must be currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing or pending licensed practical nurse licensure.
• Experience is preferred in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing.
• Must maintain current BLS/CPR certification if employed at a skilled nursing center or as required by the state of practice if an assisted living facility.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $41.00 - $45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 per week

• Rehabilitation center

Standard shift:

• Evening shift

Weekly schedule:

• Rotating weekends
• Weekends as needed

Experience:

• Nursing: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• BLS Certification (Required)
• RN (Required)

Ability to Commute:

• Wayne, PA 19087 (Required)

Ability to Relocate:

• Wayne, PA 19087: Relocate before starting work (Preferred)
