Job Title: Registered Nurse Med Surg/Tele

Location: Rochester, NY

Shift: Day, Night Available

Hours per Week: 36(12X3)

Contract: 13 weeks

Pay: $72/hr

Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Medical/Surgical team. The ideal candidate will have experience in case management, nursing home care, dementia care, internal medicine, infant care, primary care, discharge planning, and adherence to medical standards.

Duties:
- Provide direct patient care in a medical/surgical setting
- Monitor and assess patients' conditions
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
- Educate patients and their families on disease prevention and management
- Assist in discharge planning and coordination of post-hospital care

Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) required
- Current RN license in the state of practice
- Minimum of 2 years or 1 year of experience in medical/surgical and tele preferred
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
