SUMMARY
The Property Manager is responsible for all operational and financial aspects of a property and meeting company goals in those areas. This includes ensuring the property is excelling in areas such as leasing, collections, resident relations, maintenance, personnel management, compliance with company safety program, laws, and company policies. Must be able to quickly and easily navigate the property/building as required to meet the job functions, including climbing stairs and walking the hallways and common areas.
