JOB SUMMARY
The Corporate Leasing Specialist is responsible for the execution of the organization's leasing and sales strategies. Partners with Marketing and Operations to implement lease-up strategies for new developments and acquisitions. Works with Learning & Development and the Leasing & Sales Manager to implement and facilitate training and development programs for on-site leasing personnel at existing, future, or new properties. Strives to continually increase conversion ratios across all stages of the prospect journey. Champions company objectives in three key areas of people, profitability, and growth. Supports our employee-first culture and exemplifies our core values.

Physical Demands:
Must possess mobility to work in a standard office setting and to use standard office equipment, including a computer; stamina to maintain attention to detail despite interruptions; strength to lift and carry items weighing up to 10 pounds; vision to read printed material and a computer screen; and hearing and speech to communicate in-person and over the telephone. Must be able to quickly and easily navigate the property/building as required to meet the job functions, including climbing stairs and walking the hallways and common areas.
