**Overview:**

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Hotel Manager to oversee the daily operations of our hotel. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.

**Responsibilities:**

- Manage all aspects of the hotel operations including guest relations, front desk, and revenue management

- Provide leadership and guidance to hotel staff, supervising their performance and ensuring high levels of customer service

- Oversee the implementation of phone systems and ensure staff adhere to proper phone etiquette

- Develop and maintain relationships with guests to enhance their overall experience

- Monitor and manage hotel budgets, expenses, and financial performance

- Ensure compliance with all hotel policies, procedures, and standards

**Requirements:**

- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent

- Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the hospitality industry

- Strong understanding of revenue management practices

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

- Knowledge of hospitality software systems is a plus

Pay: $64,000.00 - $73,000.00 per year
