Position Overview

At Big Stone Therapies, you're part of a comprehensive health family that is rooted in our core values of faith, family, fairness, and fun. We are a growing company looking for a full-time Physical Therapist Assistant to add to our team at Lakewood Health Systems in Staples, MN. 

This position will primarily work in a SNF/LTC setting, but will also provide Home Health care as needed. This is a benefited position that will generally be scheduled for 32 hours per week (0.80 FTE), Monday through Friday.

Applicants must have graduated from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program. They must have, or be eligible for, PTA licensing in Minnesota.
