Responsibilities:

• Ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet strict quality control standards, coordinate with coworkers and customers, analyze and compile data, make sound, ethical judgments, and decisions in a timely manner.

• Operate, clean, and maintain all store facilities and equipment.
• Prepare consistent, high-quality food to Big Slice specifications and standards.
• Take inventory, stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk in or reach-in cooler, and complete associated paperwork.
• Performs labor scheduling, food ordering, and product projections accurately.
• Implement in store tactics provided by the marketing team.
• Responsible for hitting sales targets, and controlling labor and food budgets, to maintain proper profit margins.
• Be able to prepare all menu items correctly.

Qualifications

• Great communication skills verbal and written.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator)
• Knowledgable using a computer.
• Ability to deliver friendly, respectful, timely customer service.
• Ability to lead a team and hold people accountable.
• Ability to manage labor and food costs.
• Ability to interpret and follow instructions.
• Experience in recruiting, retaining, and developing multiple employees.
• Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person.
• Attendance and punctuality.

Education:

• High school or associate degree

Experience:

• Minimum of two years of prior experience as a General Manager in a fast-paced service environment.

Additional Requirements:

• Must be 18 years of age and have a valid driver license.
• Safe driving record and transportation to and from work.
• Must have access to an insured vehicle.
• Must submit to a background check.
• Provide two work references.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
