BIG SKY ROOFING is Hiring an Office Administrator Near Brownsburg, IN

Job Description:

Big Sky Roofing is searching for a qualified Office Administrator to join our growing team. This position will be primarily focused on ensuring the smooth execution of roofing, siding, and gutter projects. You will be working directly with customers, team members, and crews to ensure all projects are completed to our strict standards. Our ideal candidate will be self-motivated, organized, driven, and have 1 years of relevant office experience.

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

As a Office Administrator, you will be responsible for:

  • Create job packets and leave in appropriate area
  • Call homeowner to schedule and/or reschedule jobs
  • Maintain an accurate work order calendar and communicate changes effectively
  • Send orders to Distributor
  • Create invoices
  • Make AR calls
  • Answer all calls - make sure all calls get answered even if having to put someone on hold is needed
  • Greet all incoming customers
  • Input data into CRM
  • Do courtesy reminder calls for appointments
  • Share in housekeeping duties
  • Complete job cost reports
  • Review subcontractor and supplier invoices
  • File customer warranties
  • Help improve internal processes within our CRM, estimating software, and overall customer life-cycle

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven experience in office administration or related field

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $36,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year

  • 8 hour shift
