Big Red Gutter Company is growing and looking for an experienced gutter installation professional to lead our team and oversee multiple crews.

Applicant requirements:

• 3 years of gutter installation experience
• Management experience preferred
• Valid Driver’s License
• Able to lift up to 50lbs.
• Climb, stoop, kneel, crawl, and stand to perform daily work and ladder climbing, as needed.

Job Duties include:

• Oversee projects across South Alabama
• Oversee, manage, train, and develop, multiple gutter installation crews
• Report to GM
• Conduct estimates on company provided hardware and software
• Wearing many hats and lead by example on the job

Job Type: Full-time

Supplemental Pay:

• Bonus pay

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• 3yrs Gutter installation experience preferred
• Management experience preferred

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Required)

Work Location: Various sites

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $40,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
