Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Server to join our team. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, taking orders, delivering food and beverages, and ensuring a positive dining experience.
Duties:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Present menus and provide detailed information about the dishes and beverages
- Take accurate food and drink orders from guests
- Enter orders into the POS system or cash register
- Relay orders to the kitchen staff and ensure timely delivery of food
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a prompt and efficient manner
- Check on guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction
- Clear tables and reset them for the next guests
- Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and resolve issues promptly
- Collaborate with other restaurant staff to provide excellent customer service
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Server or in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Familiarity with POS systems such as FOCUS is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent time management abilities to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Knowledge of food handling and safety regulations
- A friendly and outgoing personality with a passion for hospitality and customer service
Note: All positions at our company are paid positions.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $2.15 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
