Job Summary:
The Kitchen/Delivery Hybrid Team Member at Edible Arrangements in Waipahu will be responsible for assisting with food preparation, creating beautiful and delicious arrangements, and delivering orders to customers. This is a full-time hourly position in the hospitality/restaurant industry within a franchise location. The individual in this role will work independently and play a key part in providing excellent customer service and maintaining the overall operations of the store.
Compensation & Benefits:
This is a full-time hourly position with competitive pay based on experience, skills, and performance. The employee will also be eligible for benefits, including health insurance.
Responsibilities:
•Assist with food preparation, such as washing, cutting, and arranging fruit
•Create and package edible arrangements according to company standards
•Ensure quality control by following food safety guidelines and procedures
•Keep the kitchen and work area clean and sanitized
•Maintain a well-stocked inventory of supplies and ingredients
•Receive and process customer orders accurately and efficiently
•Assist with customer service inquiries and provide product information as needed
•Deliver orders in a timely and courteous manner while adhering to safety guidelines
•Help with other tasks and duties as assigned by the store manager
Requirements:
•High school diploma or equivalent
•Prior experience in a kitchen or food preparation setting preferred
•Excellent customer service and communication skills
•Ability to work independently and as part of a team
•Strong attention to detail and organization skills
•Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
•Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
•Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for long periods of time
