Big Bully Turf is the largest and fastest growing home-improvement company in the US! Started in California, took over Nevada, and now Texas! We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated In-Home Sales Associate to join our team. The primary responsibility of this position is to generate sales by selling our artificial grass, pavers and drought tolerant products to homeowners in their homes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Meet with potential customers in their homes to present the benefits of drought tolerant landscape.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.
• Conduct thorough product demonstrations and answer all customer inquiries about our products.
• Prepare accurate quotes and proposals for customers and follow up with them to close sales.
• Work with the installation team to ensure a seamless customer experience from start to finish.
• Attend trade shows and other events to promote Big Bully Turf products and services.
• NO CALLING OR PROSPECTING - Leads are provided

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years sales experience required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with customers.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Knowledge of artificial grass products and installation is a plus.
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Pay: $250,000.00 - $350,000.00 per year
