Position Summary/Essential Functions:
Case Managers have overall responsibilities for maintaining excellence in the Community and Site-Based Programs offered by BBBSCIL. These responsibilities include: recruitment in efforts of cultivating, developing and growing relationships and programming in conjunction with the corporate sector and other volunteer rich organizations, training for all volunteers and parents, intake duties for all potential volunteers and families who desire services, ongoing support of paired mentors and children, development of youth outcome goals to achieve the most meaningful impact for children served, outreach efforts for families who need additional resources and coordination of activities for all matched pairs.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
The Case Manager will supervise a caseload of clients and bring safe, effective and meaningful mentoring relationships to children who most need additional supportive relationships.

This position operates in a professional office environment with some hybrid work from home opportunities. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
Salary Range & Benefits:
BBBSCIL offers a competitive salary range as well as a comprehensive benefits package.
Salary Range: $35,000 to $45,000
