Youth Service Bureaus mission is to help youth and families learn the skills they need to be more successful at home, in school and throughout their community. Our vision is to be the leader in providing early-intervention youth and family services throughout the St. Croix Valley. Founded in 1977, YSB strives to be the first place a family turns when they need help. And we know our programs are a success because youth and families regularly report that with our assistance, they are better equipped to handle lifes challenges.
