We are looking to add a new team member to our Real Estate & Property Management team.

The Assistant Property Manager will be working closely with members of our operations team, 3rd party service vendors and developers in our Colorado and Arizona regions. This is a remote position and may require occasional, brief travel.

To be a successful, you should have experience in property management, project management, scheduling and problem-solving skills as well as a solid understanding of building facilities. Applicants should also have good technological skills to work with multiple platforms/systems.

Responsibilities:

• Address facility issue requests submitted by our stores
• Update/convert utilities into Big Brand Tire & Service name
• Assist in scheduling and managing annual fire, life and safety as well as backflow testing reviews to ensure our shops are in compliance
• Administrative duties such as submitting Capex’s, updating project tracker and scheduling projects
• Develop relationships with preferred vendors
• Performs other related duties and evaluations as assigned
• Work with state, county, city departments for permits and approvals 

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, real estate, or a related field (preferred) 
• Property Management: 2 years’ experience (preferred)
• Project Management: 2 years’ experience (preferred)
• Be a team player!
• Strong organizational, communication and prioritizing skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Google Suite & Microsoft platforms
