Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative operations to ensure the smooth running of our office.
Responsibilities:
- Must have experience in procurement billing
-Must have experience in NYCDOB elevator filings, Cat 1, Cat 5, permits, and PVT's
- Manage schedules, appointments, and bookings
- Assist in human resources tasks such as onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records
- Handle phone systems, direct calls, and take messages
- Perform general administrative duties including filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies
- Utilize medical office management software for patient scheduling and billing
- Manage calendars and arrange meetings
Skills:
- Proven experience in office management or similar role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in using various office software (e.g., MS Office Suite)
- Knowledge of human resources practices and procedures
- Experience with phone systems and front desk duties
- Familiarity with medical office management is a plus
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
