We are professional, agile and our goal is to find a high energy induvial who leads the General manger in daily tasks and ensures the store and its policy's are followed and can lead others into success. All employees are garenteed tips of 4-7$ per hour.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring efficient workflow
- Manage inventory and stock levels, including receiving and organizing merchandise
- Provide administrative support, such as data entry, filing, and document management
- Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette
- Assist in training and supervising staff members
- Help create and implement strategies to improve sales and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with the manager to develop and execute marketing initiatives

Skills:
- Strong organizational skills to manage inventory, paperwork, and schedules effectively
- Proficiency in basic math for handling cash transactions and managing financial records
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers, staff, and vendors
- Knowledge of the market trends and competition in the industry
