As the Director of HR and Talent Development, you will be instrumental in creating and implementing the people strategies for a fast-growing organization dedicated to delivering comprehensive ABA services for children with Autism. Position Summary:
The Director of HR and Talent Development plays a critical role in the HR department. Reporting to the Chief People Officer, this role involves a range of duties, including providing strategic guidance and leadership to the organization around HR policies, employee relations and engagement, retention strategies, compensation structures, and creating effective workforce training programs. Furthermore, you will be expected to work alongside leadership to develop initiatives focused on employee performance management and employee satisfaction. Qualified candidates will have prior experience working collaboratively to define robust talent development initiatives, have the ability to identify trends and make sound suggestions for improvement, and be highly motivated to make a larger, positive impact.
