biBERK Insurance Services is Hiring a Remote Salesforce Administrator
- Serve as a SME and administrator of Sales and Service Clouds
- Salesforce configuration changes, including but not limited to:
- Flow
- Assignment rules
- Approval processes
- Custom fields
- Actions
- Validations
- Security/sharing rules
- Maintain database integrity and accuracy by removal of duplicates and cleansing the data
- Identify, troubleshoot, and fix problems within the platform
- Basic administration with new user setup, object management
- Manage users, roles, and security settings
- Assist with SFMC and marketing iniatives
- Create and maintain custom reports and dashboards to measure overall team and individual success
- Help minimize the amount of tools our Sales & Service team uses by migrating functionality to Salesforce
- Opportunity for additional role expansion as the organization grows
- Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, MIS, or related field required
- Salesforce certification preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Salesforce Administration required
- Understanding of all Salesforce declarative concepts including data models, relationship structures, Flow, validation rules, case management
- Apex, Visualforce and LWC experience is a plus
