Bianca is the modern American woodfire restaurant in Chestnut Hill, MA that is a part of the Cushman Concepts Group, owned and operated by award winning Chef Tim Cushman and Nancy Cushman. They also own o ya, a small acclaimed Japanese restaurant in downtown Boston and Hojoko, a rolicking izakaya-inspired restaurant and bar in the Fenway neighborhood.
Ideal candidates for this important position bring a passion for the industry and possess a genuinely positive attitude and inherent sense of urgency. Experience with high levels of hospitality, restuarant financials, scheduling to volume, beverage service and training will be important assets.
