Qualifications

One year of experience in a long-term setting is desired.

Licenses & Certifications

Active Indiana Licensed Practical Nurse license

As a condition of employment, Wesley Manor requires that all new hires provide evidence of vaccination or completion of the first dose against COVID-19 within 3 days of employment.
