Position Overview: We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Life Enrichment Manager to join our team. As a Life Enrichment Manager, you will play a key role in creating and implementing engaging programs and activities that enhance the well-being and quality of life for our Assisted Living residents.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive life enrichment program tailored to the interests and preferences of our residents.
• Plan and organize a variety of activities, events, and outings that promote socialization, physical activity, cognitive stimulation, and emotional wellness.
• Collaborate with residents, family members, and staff to gather input and feedback on program offerings.
• Maintain a calendar of events and ensure timely communication of activities to residents and their families.
• Coordinate with community partners and external resources to enhance the range and quality of enrichment opportunities.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of programs and activities and make adjustments as needed to meet the evolving needs of our residents.
• Foster a supportive and inclusive environment that promotes meaningful connections and a sense of belonging among residents and staff.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Recreation Therapy, Gerontology, Social Work, or a related field (preferred).
• Previous experience working with seniors in a life enrichment or recreational capacity.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Creativity and a passion for creating engaging and meaningful experiences for seniors.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team.
