Looking for an opportunity in property management? We are hiring for multiple apartment maintenance positions in Mount Pleasant and Daniel Island! Apartment experience is not required, you can be placed based on your skill set.
General Job Duties:
- Complete service requests and work orders
- Clean/restore recently vacated apartment homes
- Light plumbing & electrical
- Must be able to install and repair appliances ·
- Exterior/ Interior painting and caulking, light drywall repair
- Ability to perform pressure washing, groundskeeping, leaf blowing, and general community upkeep
Job Requirements: Available to work Monday-Friday between the hours of 8am-6pm.
- Hotel/construction/on site apartment experience preferred
- HVAC experience preferred
- Have dependable transportation to and from work
- Have a strong work ethic with reliability and dependability
- Own a set of basic hand tools required (ex – screwdriver, channel lock/pliers, wrenches, etc. power tools are a plus)
- Ability to lift 40-50 lbs
- Enjoy working with others and taking direction when needed
- Maintain a friendly attitude with to co-workers, vendors, and residents
