Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our team. Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and engage customers in a friendly and professional manner

- Assist customers in locating and selecting products based on their needs and preferences

- Provide accurate and up-to-date product information to customers

- Process sales transactions efficiently and accurately, including handling cash and credit card payments

- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment

- Restock merchandise and assist with inventory management

- Collaborate with team members to achieve store sales goals and objectives

- Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance product knowledge and sales skills

- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including loss prevention and safety guidelines

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Previous retail sales or customer service experience preferred

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

- Basic math and computer skills, including the ability to operate a cash register

- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset

- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
