Mission

The mission of this position is to strengthen BG’s client relationships, further BG’s positive industry reputation and advance BG’s technical proficiency by providing quality Test & Balance (TAB) services.

The TAB Technical works with a variety of internal and external project teams and collaborates directly with the primary client communicating the TAB process.

Experience Profile

• 5 years of active TAB work, including recent experience with independent or lead TAB efforts
• Delivering TAB services on a variety of projects ranging from small scale to large scale projects– on schedule and within budget
• Managing workflow and deliverables for multiple projects to meet the demands of ongoing schedules
• Customer-facing project discussions and meetings including communicating and coordinating the TAB process and providing issues resolution services
• Mentoring less-experienced staff in this discipline
• Working independently as well as leading support staff
• System troubleshooting systems issues in the field

Additional Primary Responsibilities

• Client Relationship Development: Collaborate with project teams to develop and execute client relationship development
• Support technical standards development commensurate with technical expertise
• Support design staff by reviewing design documentation to verify constructability, maintenance access, and operating controls

High School/Technical training required; Associates Degree or technical certificate in HVAC related field of study;

Professional / Industry Certifications – NEBB, AABC or TAB certification preferred. Additional certification is commissioning is desired but not required.
