Description

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the call center.
• Oversee and manage employees both Appointment Clerks and Referral Management Clerks
• Assist in the training and development of staff
• Assist in reviewing timecards to track time and attendance
• Responsible for team's performance and reporting metrics
• Communicate daily with the SPM on performance of the team
• Monitor absences and time and attendance
• Proven leadership and management experience.
• Healthcare administrative experience.
• Keen attention to detail, with an ability to spot errors.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Ability to work with varying seniority levels, including staff, managers and external partners.
• Possess High school diploma or General Educational Development (GED) equivalency.
• General medical ethics, telephone etiquette, written/verbal/electronic communication, and customer service skills.
• Must be able to pass background check
