POSITION SUMMARY:Our Redmond-based client is looking for a Project Manager for a remote-based position.

Responsibilities

  • Lead program management for the CX Culture Activation strategic initiative and execute numerous projects across a complex ecosystem, effectively managing scope, timelines, budget, risks, deliverables, stakeholders, and outcomes.
  • Drive clarity and influence teams to deliver outcomes. Establish clear success metrics and ignite value realization across initiatives. Manage successful execution and drive changes as needed to achieve target KPIs and outcomes.
  • Facilitate prep for all executive planning sessions, manage timelines and submissions of key deliverables upstream. Deeply understand and continuously align strategy to broader business vision, mission, objectives, and establish mechanisms to measure KPIs that deliver against key results and monitor benefits realization.
  • Partner across Microsoft cross functional teams, manage relationships, build a network of champions for the established strategy globally. Manage and continuously enhance cross functional relationships in a highly matrix organization. Establish yourself as a trusted advisor and execution lead for CX Culture Activation.
  • Build repeatable mechanisms that will deliver organizational efficiencies, drive required pilots and scale to promote new ways of working.

  • A competitive pay range of $59/hr- $63/hr (depending on experience).
  • 15 days per year of Paid Time Off (PTO).
