We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Burger Cafe Member to join our team at BEYONDER Getaway Sleepy Hollow. Essential Skills and Qualifications:

• Culinary Expertise: Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, and presenting dishes, particularly burgers, pizzas, and fried foods. A basic understanding of kitchen operations and safety protocols is required.
• Customer Service Orientation: Exceptional customer service skills, including the ability to engage positively with guests, take orders accurately, and handle inquiries and feedback professionally.
• Hygiene and Food Safety: Knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards is crucial. A food handler's certificate or willingness to obtain one before employment is preferred.
• Teamwork and Communication: Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced kitchen environment, communicate effectively with team members, and support a positive work atmosphere.
• Adaptability and Problem-Solving: Must be adaptable to changing menus and guest preferences, capable of solving problems quickly, and able to work efficiently under pressure.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook menu items, including burgers, pizzas, and other fast-food offerings, maintaining high standards of quality and taste.
• Assist in menu planning and development, incorporating creativity and attention to guest dietary needs and preferences.
• Manage food inventory and supplies, ensuring stock levels are maintained, and orders are placed in a timely manner.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, cooking equipment, and dining area, adhering to health and safety guidelines.
• Engage with guests, taking orders, and providing recommendations, ensuring a pleasant and satisfying dining experience.
• Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance culinary skills and knowledge of food service operations.
