Location: On-site at our Westlake location.
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm. NO WEEKENDS, NO EVENINGS
POSITION PURPOSE: The operations manager is responsible for coordinating all administrative, facility, and day to day activities of the site they are assigned to. Provides triage of all crisis situations related to patient care, parent/guardian situations, and facility issues.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS
1. EDUCATION: Bachelor's Degree preferred, minimum high school or equivalent with 2 years of social service experience.
2. EXPERIENCE: 2 years' experience in behavioral healthcare completing crisis intervention or managing a therapeutic milieu
3. LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION: QMHS 3 Preferred, or QMHS 3 Eligible
4. KNOWLEDGE AND TRAINING REQUIRED AT TIME OF HIRE: Excellent verbal de-escalating skills and excellent organizational skills
