MEDICAL ASSISTANT/ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
Services: Aesthetics and Functional Medicine office
Locations: Woodstock GA and Lawrenceville GA
Hours: Monday – Wednesday 8:30am - 6:00pm, Thursday 8:30am - 6:00pm, Friday – 8:30am – 2:30pm
Responsibilities
o Welcome patients, assist with patient flow, escort patients to scheduled service.
o Obtain patient history; assess/triage patient, measure vital signs, and record information on chart.
o Explain treatment procedures and prepare patient and exam room for examination.
o Complete medical chart to include medical services rendered, test results, and equipment used.
o Obtain patient history; assess/triage patient, measure vital signs, and record information on chart.
o Position instruments and equipment and hand to doctor or technician as directed. Clean and sterilize instruments and equipment after use.
o Practice universal protocols
o Perform patient call backs, arrange referrals and testing, and schedule follow-up appointments.
o Assist office staff and perform additional clerical duties as necessary.
o Always maintain office organization and cleanliness.
o Preform blood draws.
Requirements
o Preform blood draws.
o Current Certified or Registered Medical Assistant
o CPR certification required
o Excellent organization, oral and written communication skills
o 1 years of experience in medical environment
o Be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
o Computer literate and able to operate various healthcare systems and multiple Microsoft Office applications.
o Provide a high level of customer service at all times
o Customer Service Skills, Displays a professional outgoing warm, empathetic, and helpful attitude
o Plan, prioritize, and complete multiple tasks as delegated
o Communicate clearly with patients and coworkers through the telephone, email, text messaging, and in-person

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
