As we continue to grow, we are looking for an enthusiastic Outreach Coordinator to expand our referral network through strategic engagement with local healthcare providers.

Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and personable Outreach Coordinator to join our team on a part-time or contract basis. This role involves representing our clinic in the local dental and medical community, building and maintaining relationships with a wide range of health professionals including dentists, doctors, and therapists to enhance our patient referral network.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with local healthcare providers to enhance referral partnerships.
• Visit healthcare professionals in person to introduce our services and discuss potential patient referral opportunities.
• Organize and attend local medical community events to promote our clinic.
• Provide educational materials and information about our services to potential referral sources.
• Regularly update the team on outreach activities and progress.
• Coordinate with the clinic staff to understand specific patient needs and service updates.
• Implement strategies to increase awareness and visibility of our clinic within the local healthcare community.

Requirements:

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Previous experience in a healthcare setting is preferred but not required.
• A background in marketing, communications, or healthcare administration is advantageous.
• Willingness to travel locally and meet with healthcare providers in person.

Education:

• High school diploma required; further education or a degree in marketing, communications, health administration, or related field is preferred.
