BERCO is a busy and growing beverage and food equipment service company looking for an Accounts Receivable Associate to invoice customers and to perform other administrative tasks. Looking for someone reliable, has the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, pays attention to detail, and overall committed to being a part of the team.

Responsibilities:
· Printing and pricing invoices daily
· Submitting invoices to customers in portals or via email, and in QuickBooks
· Processing warranty claims
· Inventory management tasks (computer-based)
· Answering phones
· Other miscellaneous tasks
Requirements:
· High school diploma
· Proficient computer skills Microsoft Office experience (Excel, Word, Outlook)
· QuickBooks experience preferred
· Detail oriented
· Quick learner
· 1 year of administrative experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
