We are an award-winning, entrepreneurial intellectual property (“IP”) law firm that is on track for aggressive growth. We need an experienced Marketing Assistant experienced with Marketing to join our team and work directly with our attorneys to help our clients. The person we hire must be able to hit the ground running and work independently. Therefore, the ideal candidate should be very knowledgeable about the processes and procedures involved with marketing or at least willing to learn the requirements intimately and must have unmatched personal and professional integrity. This is either a hybrid work position, meaning the days you come into the office are flexible or in the office.
The candidate we are seeking will also assist in other tasks as the business owner identifies. For example, potential new client intake procedures are all part of providing the best client experience. Responsibilities will also include maintaining attorney calendars, communicating with clients, developing marketing plans and budgets, and communicating with external marketing vendors.
Attention to detail is paramount and the person we hire must be willing to “play all in” with being a team player.
