We are currently seeking a dedicated and reliable Kitchen Team Member to join our team. As a Kitchen Team Member, you will assist in the preparation and production of food items, maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen. We invite anyone looking to have a memorable summer serving and in an environment to grow spiritually to join us!

Duties:
- Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and quality standards
- Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping, slicing, and dicing ingredients
- Set up and stock workstations with all necessary supplies
- Clean and sanitize work areas, equipment, utensils, and dishes
- Follow proper food handling and safety procedures
- Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area
- Support banquet events by setting up tables, chairs, and buffet stations as needed
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries and concerns

Skills:

- Receptive to feedback
- Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is preferred
- Knowledge of basic cooking techniques and food safety regulations
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members and guests
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent customer service skills to ensure guest satisfaction
- ServSafe Certification preferred not required
