The Position
We are looking for an empathetic, motivated, skilled dental assistants that loves their field, patient engagement, and coming to work for a great, enthusiastic team. This is a position with multi-tasking responsibilities with a keen eye on opportunities to enhance their contribution to the overall patient experience.
*Pay rate is based on work experience.
*The position can be part-time or full time, depending on availability and matching with our scheduling and proximity of office(s). This position could be just one office, again, depending on schedule and your availability.

The team member must be:

- Be flexible in scheduling [our schedule of work hours, which includes some weekends]
- Able to accept constructive criticism
The requirements:
- Dental experience [1 years or more preferred]
- Skilled suction and retraction abilities.
- Knowledge of dental instruments, materials, proper cleaning, and sterilization techniques required.
- Knowledge of and/or proficient in EagleSoft dental software is a plus.
- Proficient in taking digital x-rays, impressions.
- Must have excellent grammar and communication skills.
- Keen eye on sterilization and cleanliness of office and operatories.
