The Lead Patient Concierge (Administrator) is responsible for ensuring that every patient receives an exceptional patient experience with outstanding customer service by being enthusiastic, positive, and empathetic. This role will require strong communication skills, strong time management and strong organization skills. We are looking for someone with expert dental software knowledge, and the ability to adapt quickly. The office manager will answer phones, schedule appointments, & have some financial related duties.

Primary Job Duties:

•  Help maintain providers schedules to full capacity
•  Answering phones
•  Checking in and out patients and scheduling patient follow ups
• Additional duties as required
