Responsibilities:

  • Greet clients and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner.
  • Answer phones promptly and determine how to best assist the caller.
  • Coordinate logistics for office-specific meetings, training, and events.
  • Learn to operate and troubleshoot office tools and equipment such as computers and printers.
  • Order and maintain office supplies to ensure the office is well-stocked and organized.
  • Maintain a tidy office environment through light cleaning and organization.
  • Coordinate and stay on top of office maintenance and see work orders through to completion.
  • Input new property listings timely and accurately, and maintain listings as directed.
  • Review transaction contracts and supplemental paperwork for compliance.
  • Perform data entry tasks to update and maintain accurate records and databases.
  • Assist with various tasks and projects as needed to support the rest of the team.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience as an office administrator or a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and G Suite.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Able to lift at least 25 lbs.
  • Consistent and reliable attendance.
