Better Body Bootcamp WILLIAMSBURG is seeking a motivated, engaging, ambitious Assistant Manager with customer service experience to join one of the fastest-growing brands in the fitness industry! From assisting in membership decisions to merchandise sales, the assistant manager position requires outstanding customer service for current and prospective members. Job Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level customer service and flawless hospitality to BBB members, handling member issues and concerns in a positive and timely manner.
  • Engaging, selling, and following up with prospective members
  • Be a sales driver with the determination to hit sales and revenue goals and hit the KPIs and metrics. To be able to prospect indoors and outdoors to increase outreach to build the sales funnel and work on follow-ups and lead nurturing.
  • Following up on all daily studio operational responsibilities and working closely with the Studio Manager on the implementation of standard operating policies and procedures.
  • Maintaining front desk cleanliness, minor facility maintenance, and merchandise stocking
  • Maintain the Better Body Bootcamp brand’s culture and community.
  • Data entry, and doing the necessary paperwork while ensuring data integrity surrounding member contacts, billing details, contract status, and inventory management in member management software.
  • Front Desk coverage, opening for closing shifts, might include some weekends depending on the schedule. Performing opening and closing facility procedures
  • Member retention activities
  • Receive, deliver, and act on feedback.
  • Model integrity, teamwork, and an all-in attitude.

Required Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities

  • Exceptional communication skills and a positive attitude
  • 2 years prior experience in the fitness industry, preferably in a boutique fitness studio
  • 2 years of customer service experience
  • 1 year of team management experience
  • Proven track record of direct membership sales and revenue success.
  • Experience using a membership management system and CRM software.
  • Must be highly organized with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in the moment
  • Able to work a non-traditional schedule. Flexible availability, including nights, mornings, and weekends as necessary
  • Have a passion for fitness, health, and wellness.
  • Preferably: AED/CPR certified
