• Handle day-to-day client interactions, escalating issues and impediments as require.
• Run/host client Zoom/Teams meetings.
• Prepare implementation schedules and coordination between installation vendor and site points-of-contact.
• Handle inventory/shipping logistics and vendor relationships.
• Coordinate with onsite/vendor conference room technical, obtain electronic footprint surveys or conduct remote/electronic surveys with custom conference room build team and client.
• Coordinate with both USA/Canadian signage personnel and AV engineers to facilitate vendor’s design of Custom Conference rooms to determine As-Is and To-Be configurations, order inventory, facilitate logistics of deliveries and installation teams.
• Coordinate all required quotes, equipment purchases, installation coordination and follow-up of work deficiencies or issues as they arise.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Facilitate clear and timely communication between cross-functional teams, project managers, technical staff, and external vendors throughout the project lifecycle.
• Proactively identify potential risks related to projects and develop comprehensive mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets, monitoring progress and addressing any deviations from the plan.

• Bachelor's Degree in any field. (Five (5) years of relevant experience may be substituted).
• Senior level project coordinator experience.
• 3-5 years of vendor relationship management experience
• Excellent project management skills and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented.
• Accounting and financial transaction knowledge
• Highly effective communicator.
• Good listening skills with the ability to think outside of the box with creative solutioning.
• Ability to handle tight deadlines and stressful situations.
• Ability to handle project and client ambiguity and provide suggestions to improve work/vendor processes.
